- 2022 CLASSIC CHARDONNAY
A perennial favorite dry white wine. Barrel fermentation imparts a lovely creaminess, while the bright fruit notes from a cool growing season shine through. With notes of honeydew melon and nectarine, this Finger Lakes wine brings out the rich, buttery taste of chicken and complements seafood and a wide range of cheeses.
- 2022 DRY RIESLING​
Medium-bodied and bright on the palate, with delicate notes of tangerine and dried apricot. On the nose, lemon zest and lavender. This wine will reward further cellaring.
- 2022 BLÄUFRANKISCH (LEMBERGER)
This Austrian varietal grows so happily here in the Finger Lakes terroir. Daily rack-and-return during fermentation provided additional color, flavor, and tannins to this dry red wine. Our Lemberger opens with cherry aromas and smoky, spicy notes. The soft texture and lingering finish pair perfectly with lamb roasted in herbs, kebabs, duck breast, and Gouda cheeses.
- 2022 MILLERS COVE RED
Our perennial best-selling red, Millers Cove is a customer favorite for good reason. Robust notes of cedar and dried figs on the nose. Medium-bodied with rich notes of black plum and dried blueberries, all culminated in a soft black cherry finish.
- 2022 CROOKED LAKE RED
Crooked Lake Red is our very popular red blend with just a touch of residual sugar to highlight the lovely natural wild strawberry and hibiscus notes and round out the mid-palate and finish. Soft and full with a touch of acid on the finish. It brings smiles to the faces not only of red wine enthusiasts but also white wine drinkers looking for an easy delicious red. Serve very lightly chilled.
- 2022 CABERNET FRANC
Dominated by black cherry and some light smoke and tobacco with fresh peppercorns on the nose. Delicate in body but concentrated and focused. Palate shows some oak, dried figs and black current. Fresh, crunchy, and vibrant, with a satisfying clean finish.
