Our exotic Saperavi is dark, rich and alluring. The Saperavi grape originated in the Eastern European country of Georgia. Deep in color, with bright berry and spice notes, medium body and soft tannins, it particularly complements beef and lamb dishes, and tart cheeses like chèvre.
