Beautiful cherry, spice, and plum notes make the finished product soft and full with a touch of acid on the finish. A particularly low level of tannin in Crooked Lake Red makes it a great "introductory" red wine for white wine drinkers looking to broaden their tastes! Pair with barbecued beef and pork, Mexican food, or meats with other sweet & sour or spicy sauces. "Crooked Lake" is the original name an early settler gave to Keuka Lake.
