2022 CLASSIC CHARDONNAY

We ferment and age our Classic Chardonnay in a blend of French and American oak barrels to impart a lovely toasted vanilla aroma and creamy finish to the delicate fruit notes of this wine.  Chardonnay was one of the four original wines that inaugurated Keuka Spring Vineyards back in 1986 and remains a perennial favorite of our customers today.

Pairing ideas: Grilled salmon, risottos, pasta with white (cream- or cheese-based) sauces, steamed or grilled shellfish, spring vegetables. Serve chilled.
